MAGNA CA-SUL GUARD 460 is a latest nanotechnology over based calcium sulfonate grease. This product has the best natural lubrication properties due to their high-quality calcium sulfonate thickener containing nano calcites which has superior load carrying properties combined with superior anti-wear and EP properties, anticorrosive capabilities & rust prevention. This is highly superior grease for the lubrication of all heavy industries where heavy loads, extreme pressures and water distress are present. Nano calcites form a uniform thin hard coating on balls of bearings and protects the balls at high temperatures and heavy load applications.
MAGNA CA-SUL GUARD 460 is fortified with EP and antiwear additives and rust and corrosion inhibitors. It protects against rust and corrosion in high humidity, high temperature applications such as those found in the steel, lumber, tire manufacturing and paper industries. It has outstanding shear stability, resistance to water washout and load carrying capacity to protect against wear and resist mechanical breakdown.
